Position Overview - Develop, standardize, and oversee cohesive behavior programs across schools while analyzing data and guiding the implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Conduct behavioral program reviews, provide consultative support to school leaders, and recommend data-driven interventions to support student success.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to behavior specialists, social workers, and mental health professionals.
- Leverage the individual strengths of the existing multidisciplinary team to foster a collaborative and effective behavioral support network.
Qualifications - Master's Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- Current Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) License (or eligibility)
- 5+ years of school-based experience supporting general and/or special education environments
- Prior experience in a supervisory or consultative role
- Experience implementing behavior programs across multiple sites
- Competitive Pay: Earn $60.20 - $61.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives
