Qualifications

• Associate's degree in related discipline with 9 years' experience, or high school and 11 years' experience with certification.
• Must obtain a Secret clearance; Interim Secret required to start.
• Experience with precision measuring tools for technical measurements.
• Ability to read and interpret technical data from manufacturers.
• Proactive self-starter, able to engage with minimal oversight and prevent issues from escalating.
• Commitment to uphold standards and protect system integrity.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance during test and live-fire operations.
• Write reports and track assets related to weapon systems.
• Coordinate shipments and provide on-site training to military staff.
• Brief customers on weapon system status and compliance with Marine Corps policies.
• Document processes and offer expert feedback based on maintenance experiences.
• Maintain schedules and track inspections related to weapons maintenance.
• Provide data on part usage and status reports, including trend analysis.
