Role Overview:This role is for a Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer responsible for the design, development, configuration, and support of Saviynt IGA solutions. Key areas include implementing user lifecycle management (JML) processes, integrating enterprise applications, developing custom workflows, and ensuring security and compliance within the IAM/IGA domain. The role involves troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and configure Saviynt IGA solutions, including workflows, access requests, certifications, and identity lifecycle processes.
- Implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes, birthright access rules, and automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows.
- Integrate enterprise applications using connectors, REST APIs, JDBC, and LDAP, configuring reconciliation and provisioning processes.
- Develop custom workflows, rules, tasks, API integrations, SQL queries, analytics, and reports to meet business-specific customization requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access, provisioning, certifications, and integrations, performing root-cause analysis.
- Perform unit, integration, and UAT support testing, deploying changes across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Support Segregation of Duties (SoD), certifications, audits, and governance controls, ensuring compliance with security policies and standards.
- Collaborate with business users, application owners, and technical teams, providing technical recommendations and solution guidance.
- Maintain design documents, runbooks, and support guides, and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
Required Skills: - Proficiency in Saviynt EIC/EIP and IGA concepts.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Experience with Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, SAP, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Qualifications: - Typically 3-8 years of experience in IAM/IGA, with 2-4 years of hands-on Saviynt experience.
