Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Reverse Value Chain, Toolkit Management, and Advanced Return Management (ARM) processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong SAP ABAP background, hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, and experience delivering SAP solutions in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP solutions supporting Reverse Logistics, Returns Management, Repair/Refurbishment, and Toolkit Management.
• Gather business requirements, drive solution design, and provide techno-functional leadership.
• Configure and support SAP Advanced Return Management (ARM), Logistics (MM/SD/LE), and Quality Management (QM) processes, including Quality Notifications.
• Develop and oversee ABAP-based enhancements, interfaces, reports, workflows, and integrations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and delivery governance.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, offshore and onshore resources, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
• 12+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP ABAP development expertise.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience completing at least one full lifecycle HANA transformation project.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Return Management (ARM).
• Strong knowledge of Reverse Logistics and Returns Processing.
• Strong knowledge of Toolkit/Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM, SD, LE, and QM modules.
• Experience working with Quality Notifications.
• Experience delivering SAP solutions in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to provide techno-functional leadership across business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with SAP BTP.
• Experience with BRF+.
• Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5.
• Experience with CDS Views, OData Services, and HANA development.
• Experience with Agile and SAP Activate delivery methodologies.
