Must-Have**(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) - SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central(EC) and Time Management is mandatory
- Implementation and support experience in Employee Central and Time off
- Understanding of Employee Central, Role Based Permissions (RBPs), Time Off rules, configuration of Time Objects, like Time Profiles, Time Types and Time Sheets
- Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors EC including business rules, workflows.
Good-to-Have - Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module
- Knowledge in integration of EC with ECP
- Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.
- Good understanding of Integration Center
Salary Range-$100,000-$140,000 a year
