Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in application specialization with a focus on SAP SD.
• Proficiency in end-to-end lifecycle implementation of SAP SD modules.
• Hands-on configuration experience in key areas such as Pricing, Availability Checks, and Billing.
• Strong knowledge of technology integration, especially with third-party solutions like Vertex/Taxware and FedEx.
• Prior experience in IT project management or service delivery roles is mandatory.
• Familiarity with the US/CA pharma markets and specific knowledge of Sanofi brands is a plus.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business and technical requirements for SAP SD implementations.
• Configure and customize SAP SD modules to meet business processes and objectives.
• Ensure integration of SD modules with FI/CO, GTS, MM, and WM modules for streamlined operations.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Provide training and support to users to maximize the use of SAP SD functionalities.
• Monitor and assess project performance metrics to ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
• Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams to elevate project results.
