Note: This position is based in Milpitas, CA and requires on-site presence Monday through Friday. Skill Requirement: - Strong functional expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) processes
- Hands-on experience in both SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments
- bility to lead end-to-end OTC cycle including:
- Order management
- Pricing & billing
- Credit management
- ccounts receivable
- Experience in driving business process improvements and transformations
- Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
Experience Level: - 10+ years (preferred for Lead role)
Role Expectations: - Lead OTC track for SAP programs (implementation/rollout/support)
- Work with business stakeholders to define requirements and solutions
- Provide functional guidance to offshore/onshore teams
- Support integrations and cross-module dependencies
- Drive issue resolution and process optimization
Additional Notes: - Prior experience in similar large enterprise environments preferred
- Strong communication is critical (client-facing role)
