Your RoleAs the
SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead, you will be responsible for owning and managing the complete data migration workstream. You will define migration strategies, oversee data assessment and cleansing activities, establish source-to-target mappings, and lead migration design, development, testing, and mock conversion cycles. You will partner closely with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure data quality, reconciliation, validation, and business sign-off. Additionally, you will lead cutover planning and execution, provide post-go-live support, manage onsite and offshore teams, and ensure governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
Your Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you should have
12+ years of overall experience, including
7+ years specializing in SAP Data Migration, with a proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs. You should possess strong expertise in migration tools such as
SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services (BODS), Syniti, or similar platforms, along with deep knowledge of SAP master and transactional data migration. Experience across business functions including
Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales is essential. Strong leadership, client-facing, stakeholder management, data quality, reconciliation, and cutover planning capabilities are required. SAP S/4HANA certification, SAP MDG experience, and experience supporting global deployments or multi-country rollouts are highly desirable.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $88,544 - $207,401
