Job Description

Infosys is looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end SAP IT projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across SAP modules and exceptional capability in project governance, stakeholder engagement, solution delivery, and S/4HANA conversion programs. This role requires hands-on functional knowledge, deep understanding of S4 Brownfield Conversion processes, and proven leadership in deploying complex SAP projects.

Required Skills
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Montreal or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.

Key Responsibilities :Project & Program Management
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, delivery, and closure.
  • Manage multiple SAP IT projects simultaneously with high quality and within timelines.
  • Drive project governance, risk management, resource planning, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and IT strategy.
  • Provide clear communication to stakeholders, leadership teams, and internal customers.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with clear expectation setting.
  • Collaborate closely with business users, process owners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead workshops, design discussions, and status meetings.
SAP Expertise
  • Experience in leading and deploying SAP projects across business functions.
  • Program Management & Leadership End-to-End SAP S/4HANA Migration Program Management PMO Setup and Governance Framework Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Reporting Risk Management & Mitigation Strategies Budgeting and Resource Planning for Multi-Million Dollar Programs Vendor and Partner Coordination Change Management & User Adoptio.
S/4HANA Expertise
  • Strong experience managing S/4HANA Conversion/Migration Programs.
  • Ability to coordinate system conversion activities across technical and functional streams.
  • Lead cutover planning, data migration, testing cycles, and hyper-care.
People & Delivery Management
  • Manage internal teams, external partners, and consultants.
  • Mentor junior team members and guide functional/technical teams.
  • Ensure quality assurance, documentation, and process adherence.

Compétences et qualifications requises
  • Le candidat doit être situé à une distance raisonnable de Montréal ou être disposé à s'y relocaliser. Ce poste peut également nécessiter des déplacements.
  • Un baccalauréat (ou équivalent étranger) délivré par un établissement accrédité est requis. À défaut, trois années d'expérience progressive dans la spécialité pourront être considérées en remplacement de chaque année d'études.
  • Minimum de 11 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l'information.

Responsabilités clés
Gestion de projet et de programme
  • Diriger l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets : planification, exécution, suivi, livraison et clôture.
  • Gérer simultanément plusieurs projets SAP tout en garantissant la qualité et le respect des délais.
  • Piloter la gouvernance de projet, la gestion des risques, la planification des ressources et la résolution des problèmes.
  • Assurer l'alignement avec les objectifs métier, les standards de conformité et la stratégie TI.
  • Communiquer clairement auprès des parties prenantes, équipes dirigeantes et clients internes.
Gestion des clients et des parties prenantes
  • Établir et maintenir de solides relations clients, avec une gestion claire des attentes.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les utilisateurs, propriétaires de processus et équipes multifonctionnelles.
  • Animer des ateliers, discussions de conception et réunions de suivi.
Expertise SAP
  • Expérience dans la direction et le déploiement de projets SAP couvrant plusieurs fonctions métier.
  • Compétences en gestion de programmes :
    • Gestion de bout en bout des programmes de migration SAP S/4HANA
    • Mise en place de PMO et cadres de gouvernance
    • Engagement des parties prenantes et rapports exécutifs
    • Gestion des risques et stratégies d'atténuation
    • Budgétisation et planification des ressources pour des programmes de plusieurs millions de dollars
    • Coordination des partenaires et fournisseurs

Expertise S/4HANA
  • Solide expérience dans la gestion de programmes de conversion/migration S/4HANA.
  • Capacité à coordonner les activités de conversion entre les volets techniques et fonctionnels.
  • Diriger la planification du cutover, la migration des données, les cycles de tests et l'hypercare.
Gestion des équipes et de la livraison
  • Gérer des équipes internes, des partenaires externes et des consultants.
  • Encadrer les membres juniors et diriger les équipes fonctionnelles/techniques.
  • Garantir l'assurance qualité, la documentation et le respect des processus.

  • 10 à 15 ans d'expérience SAP, idéalement en milieu de consultation.
