Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on SAP IBP configuration and implementation experience
• Proficiency in SAP IBP modules: Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP
• Comprehensive understanding of supply chain planning processes
• Familiarity with SAP IBP data integration tools (CI-DS / CPI-DS)
• Knowledge of planning areas, key figures, operators, and master data
• Experience in client-facing roles with business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and communication capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead complete SAP IBP implementations from requirement gathering to deployment
• Collaborate with business teams to understand Demand, Supply, and S&OP planning processes
• Customize SAP IBP modules including Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP
• Design planning areas, master data, and planning operators
• Enhance planning views, dashboards, and work with Excel add-ins
• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S4HANA and other systems using CI-DS / CPI-DS
• Conduct various testing phases and provide production support
• Prepare functional and technical documentation and mentor junior consultants
