You Are:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to help lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs for our clients across manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods industries. The ideal candidate combines deep SAP EWM functional expertise with strong leadership capabilities, client relationship management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex SAP S/4HANA supply chain programs
The Work:
Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across multiple geographies and business units
Own overall program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management
Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with client's long-term supply chain strategy
Oversee multiple workstreams and manage cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders
Provide hands-on oversight of SAP EWM solution design including warehouse structure, process types, put away and picking strategies, labor management, yard management, and MFS/automation integration
Review and approve functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts
Drive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP, and non-SAP systems (WCS, robotics, conveyor systems)
Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation
Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
What you Need:
Minimum 3 years of SAP supply chain consulting focused on SAP EWM.
Experience with a minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP EWM implementations
Experience delivering or helping to deliver EWM programs in the CMT Industry
Prior experience in a Consulting/advisory role
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)
