The Work:

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.

• Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led

• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems

• Work in a team where you wear lots of hats 2D interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams 2D and where you may need to be in charge

• Run the workstream and/or project activities you27ve been given

• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality

• Interact with all workstreams 2D technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more

• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients27 needs

• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions

• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here27s What You Need:

• Minimum of 8 years experience with Employee Central Payroll

• Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience

• Experience with a minimum of 2full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementations

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources

• Certified in Employee Central Payroll applications, and Payroll module.

• Bachelor27s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate27s Degree with 6 years of work experience

Bonus Points If:

• You27ve got external consulting experience

• You27ve got experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll

• You have a strong understanding of benefits processes and interfaces
