The Work:- Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
- Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
- Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
- Work in a team where you wear lots of hats - interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams - and where you may need to be in charge
- Run the workstream and/or project activities you've been given
- Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality
- Interact with all workstreams - technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
- Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients' needs
- Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
- Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
Here's What You Need:- Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 3 years of Employee Central Payroll experience
- Experience with a minimum of 1 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model
- Certified in EC Payroll applications, and Payroll module.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)
Bonus points if:- You've got external consulting experience
- You've got experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll
- You have a strong understanding of benefits processes and interfaces
