Overview

In the role of our SAP Data Analyst (m,f,d), you will combine your expertise in SAP Master Data, SQL, Python, and Analytics to support business operations, data governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across global functions including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Warehousing.

How you’ll make an impact:
  • Serve as the Data Custodian for SAP master data domains, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.
  • Review, maintain, and approve SAP master data requests through established workflows.
  • Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical solutions using SAP, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
  • Automate data validation, cleansing, and reporting processes.
  • Identify data quality issues, perform root cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT, MDM/CoE teams, and software developers to improve data-driven decision-making.
  • Support SAP-related projects, testing activities, documentation, and process standardization efforts.
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SAP master data management, reporting, and data governance.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Python (automation, data transformation, validation, reporting)
    • SQL (queries, joins, data reconciliation, analysis)
    • SAP (preferably S/4HANA and master data processes)
  • Experience with Power BI, Excel, Snowflake, or comparable analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful data solutions.
  • Team-oriented mindset with well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent German and English communication skills.
