Job DescriptionSAP Manufacturing Business Analyst / Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Team Lead to support the manufacturing side of an SAP ERP environment. This position will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping define requirements, coordinate priorities, and support ongoing production needs.
This role does not require a deeply specialized SAP functional consultant. The ideal candidate understands manufacturing and ERP processes, communicates effectively with business users, and can help keep projects and support activities moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities supporting SAP Manufacturing.
- Gather, document, and clarify business requirements.
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements for SAP and technical teams.
- Coordinate project activities, priorities, timelines, and follow-ups.
- Support production issues and help route them to the appropriate teams.
- Facilitate communication among business users, project managers, developers, and SAP specialists.
- Help identify process improvements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Lead Business Analyst, or functional team lead.
- Working knowledge of SAP within a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of ERP-supported manufacturing and production processes.
- Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate project work and follow established project-management processes.
- Experience supporting production ERP applications.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
