Our Westford Great Clips is looking for a Salon Manager to lead the team, support daily operations, and help create an exceptional experience for every customer.

What you bring to the team To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you'll need:
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
