Role Overview
As a Salesperson, you will play a key role in driving business growth by building relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored IT staffing or solutions. Your background in recruiting or IT sales will help you connect with decision-makers and understand their technical needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT staffing or services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and match them with appropriate IT solutions or talent
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
✅Qualifications
- At least 1 year in selling IT staffing in the area of Application Software Development
- Strong understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and staffing models
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented
- Local to Palm Beach/Broward County, Florida area
