Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present, explain, and demonstrate new and preowned vehicles to potential buyers.
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, and promotions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure smooth transactions.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements- Previous experience in automotive sales or related customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions.
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Familiarity with new and preowned vehicle inventory is a plus.
