You will partner with technology leadership, administrators, developers, product owners, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to deliver scalable solutions across NPSP, Nonprofit Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce/Einstein AI, enterprise integrations, and DevOps governance, while maintaining high engineering standards, strong platform governance, and long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight, architecture review, and code review for external contractors and consulting partners, ensuring solution quality, maintainability, security, and alignment with KIPP standards.

Platform Strategy & Governance
• Own the Salesforce platform roadmap including org strategy, sandbox and environment management, security model, data architecture, deployment processes, and release management.
• Establish data governance standards including data modeling, data quality, master data management, and platform best practices across the organization.
