Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Operate as a key leader within our Salesforce sales and alliance team, accelerating revenue growth and expanding KPMG's footprint within the SLED market
  • Build and maintain high-impact relationships with Salesforce Product Development and field sales teams, ensuring our teams have critical insight into the product roadmap and a voice on product steering committee boards
  • Act as the primary KPMG Advocate to account teams, Salesforce alliance partners, and clients; educate internal teams and clients on how KPMG's Salesforce solutions directly solve complex business and operational challenges
  • Drive end-to-end account management, including client procurement, opportunity pursuit, contract negotiation, risk management, and the development of compelling proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure revenue attainment
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful, inclusive, and collaborative work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in enterprise-level sales, with a strict focus on selling professional services within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or twelve years of relevant work in enterprise level sales is preferred; high school diploma or GED is required
  • Deep industry expertise and established, trusted relationships within the State, Local, and Education (SLED) sector
  • Proven, verifiable track record of consistently achieving or exceeding individual sales quotas year over year
  • Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills with a history of building business relationships of impeccable trust and confidence, often securing multi-million-dollar engagements
  • Demonstrated superior ability to develop and lead strategic relationship-building activities with C-Level executives and key government/education stakeholders
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical content and industry issues into tailored KPMG service offerings that meet specific client needs
  • Ability to travel as necessary
