If you've successfully built, scaled, or transformed a Salesforce consulting practice, business unit, or service line and are looking for an opportunity to leave your mark, we want to talk with you.

What You'll Do: Build and Grow the Salesforce Practice
  • Develop and execute the strategy for creating a high-performing Salesforce practice by defining vision, strategy, service offerings and go-to-market approach for the practice
  • Transform an initial client engagement into a scalable, multi-client business.
  • Develop repeatable methodologies, delivery frameworks, governance models, and reusable assets.
  • Establish service offerings across:
    • Salesforce Implementations
    • Platform Modernization
    • Systems Integration
    • Data Migration
    • Managed Services
    • Sustainment Support
    • Optimization and Advisory Services
  • Build strategic relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Create capability statements, delivery playbooks, proposal content, and sales materials.

Drive Client Growth
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and stakeholders while identifying opportunities to expand services and deepen client relationships.
  • Build executive-level client relationships.
  • Identify follow-on opportunities and account expansion initiatives.
  • Work with account teams to develop growth strategies.
  • Translate client challenges into practical Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay current with Salesforce innovation, including AI, Data Cloud, Agentforce, analytics, automation, and public sector solutions.

Support Business Development and Capture
  • Partner with BD and Sales to secure new business opportunities.
  • Shape and qualify Salesforce opportunities.
  • Participate in client discovery and solution development.
  • Support capture and proposal activities.
  • Develop staffing, pricing, and delivery approaches.
  • Participate in presentations, demonstrations, and oral evaluations.
  • Help win strategic federal and commercial opportunities.

Lead Successful Delivery
  • Ensure exceptional customer outcomes through life cycle engagements.
  • Guide project managers, architects, consultants, developers, and delivery teams.
  • Monitor quality, budget, timeline, and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve executive-level issues and project escalations.

  • Capture lessons learned and convert successful approaches to repeatable assets.

Build the Team
  • Recruit and develop Salesforce talent.
  • Define growth paths and technical standards.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Determine when to leverage internal teams versus strategic partners.
  • Establish a sustainable practice capable of long-term growth.

What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Salesforce consulting, implementation, or practice leadership.
  • Proven success leading complex Salesforce programs and client engagements.
  • Experience building or significantly scaling a consulting practice, service line, business unit, or capability.
  • Strong executive relationship management and business development skills.
  • Ability to identify and convert follow-on opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Experience supporting solutions, proposals, capture efforts, and contract pursuits.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience managing revenue, forecasting, profitability, and operational performance.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and implementation

  • Experience supporting federal capture, proposal, and contracting activities.
  • Experience managing subcontractor and partner relationships.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to grow a single Salesforce engagement into a thriving multi-client practice while establishing SBCC as a recognized Salesforce services provider. Success is creating repeatable offerings and intellectual property and expanding strategic client relationships. You will build and mentor a high-performing Salesforce team while increasing company revenue and profitability. By strengthening partnerships across the Salesforce ecosystem, you will be a key contributor to SBCC's long-term growth.
