In this position...
This is a high-impact IT delivery leadership position. As the Salesforce Implementation and Integration Lead for Ford Energy IT, you will drive both the functional delivery and the technical orchestration of our core sales and service platform.

In this role, you will be the recognized technical authority responsible for standing up Salesforce capabilities while ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into Ford Energy's broader enterprise ecosystem. You will drive the technical direction and engineering best practices across multiple IT and engineering teams, building architectural consensus for key integrations while actively mentoring peers to elevate collective technical capabilities. You will act as the bridge between business strategy and complex technical execution, coordinating closely with business leaders, managing our System Integrator (SI) partners, and collaborating with ERP and middleware teams to design and execute robust, real-time integration architectures.

Integration Architecture: Define and govern API strategies, data synchronization rules, and integration patterns using enterprise middleware.

3. Technical Governance & Release Management

Technical Governance: Enforce Salesforce best practices, prioritizing out-of-the-box configuration over custom code to minimize technical debt. Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate fundamental technical and architectural risks across the platform.

Release Coordination & Operational Resilience: Oversee environment management, CI/CD deployment pipelines, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce and connected systems. Anticipate operational and delivery bottlenecks, developing preventative measures and system roll-back strategies to ensure zero disruption to core Sales and Service operations.
