Full Job Description
We9re seeking an enthusiastic Salesforce Functional Lead with relevant experience. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their career in Salesforce technologies, supporting presales initiatives and helping to grow our professional services practice.

Your Role

The Functional Analyst supports the Functional Lead in capturing, elaborating, and documenting business requirements, translating them into structured Salesforce user stories and functional specifications. This role provides detailed analytical throughput to keep the backlog populated with well-defined, delivery-ready stories.

Primary Responsibilities
• Conduct requirements elicitation and documentation sessions with client stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow documentation for OmniStudio-based features.
• Maintain and groom Jira backlog items in alignment with the Functional Lead priorities and sprint planning needs.
• Produce functional specification documents, screen flow diagrams, and data mapping references for use by offshore build teams.
• Validate process designs against OmniStudio capabilities in partnership with the Functional Lead and Solution Architect.
• Support UAT preparation including test scenario development, expected result documentation, and defect triage assistance.
• Use ChatGPT to accelerate requirements documentation, story drafting, and functional analysis deliverable production.
• Participate in backlog grooming sessions, contributing story-level clarification and dependency identification.

Success Measures
• Backlog stories are consistently well-formed, complete, and ready for sprint commitment.
• Functional documentation is accurate, current, and usable by offshore teams without additional clarification.
• Requirements traceability is maintained from discovery through delivery.
• Analytical throughput keeps pace with sprint and Wave planning demand.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $73,150- $174,000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
