Salesforce Solution Specialist / Architect - Must have 6+ years' experience in Salesforce Architecture, working for a major F500 company
- Minimum 10X Certified with at least 2 Architect certifications
- Should have rich client experience and should have been in client-facing roles.
- Must have an expert-level understanding and 10+ years of direct experience working with the Salesforce product suite, preferably from Financial Services Cloud, Sales, Service, Community/ Experience (Bare minimum 3 cloud expertise required)
- Must have extensive experience with data migrations from third-party systems to Salesforce
- Must have a proven desire to continue to grow their knowledge inside the Salesforce ecosystem
- Knowledge of Enterprise Service Management and ITSM processes is a plus.
- 10+ years of Salesforce business process design and rules configuration
- Must have an extensive knowledge of platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
- 10+ years of multi-tier architecture design for scalable solutions with manufacturing and billing systems
- 8+ years Integration architecture and tools experience - real-time APIs and ETL - tools such as
- SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, and Salesforce connect;
- Expertise in full Salesforce application lifecycle development, including solutioning, planning, development, testing, environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies and operationalizing
- Must have an expert level of knowledge in configuration as well as in declarative customization and APEX development
- Expertise with Salesforce and enterprise architecture best practices design - weighing balance between configuration, customization, use of managed packages, AppExchange apps, accelerators, and connectors.
