Job Description:
The Solution Partner - Manufacturing will be responsible for driving strategic transformation initiatives for manufacturing clients leveraging Salesforce solutions and industry best practices. This role will act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, helping customers modernize their sales, service, partner, field operations, and customer engagement processes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong manufacturing industry expertise coupled with deep Salesforce knowledge, enabling them to define transformation roadmaps, lead solution discussions, shape proposals, and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to manufacturing industry clients and executive stakeholders.
• Lead business transformation initiatives leveraging Salesforce solutions.
• Define manufacturing-specific digital transformation roadmaps and business strategies.
• Conduct workshops focused on sales transformation, dealer management, customer service, field service, and partner engagement.
• Work closely with account teams to identify business opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution shaping, proposal development, and client presentations.
• Drive executive governance and stakeholder management across engagements.
• Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Promote Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud adoption and industry best practices.
• Provide thought leadership on manufacturing trends, customer experience transformation, and digital innovation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of consulting, industry, or technology experience.
• Minimum 5+ years working with Salesforce solutions.
• Deep understanding of Manufacturing industry processes and challenges.
• Experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service.
• Strong business consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience leading digital transformation programs within manufacturing organizations.
• Knowledge of customer, dealer, distributor, supply chain, and service operations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
• Proven experience driving business value through enterprise technology solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Salesforce Administrator or Consultant Certifications.
• MBA or equivalent business qualification.
• Experience with ERP ecosystems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor.
• Exposure to AI, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and industry-specific Salesforce solutions.
• Experience supporting strategic pursuits and large transformation deals.

Salary Range: $164,500 - $222,500 a year
