Job Summary
The Salesforce Developer will work within an Agile team focused on customer service experiences and support solutions for healthcare-related products. The role will leverage the Salesforce Platform to develop and enhance CRM solutions that support client acquisition, servicing, and retention. The developer will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions while maintaining technical excellence, reusability, and efficient delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement solutions on the Salesforce Platform within an Agile development environment.
• Build Salesforce solutions using both low-code capabilities, such as Flows, and pro-code technologies, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Collaborate with business partners, architects, analysts, and engineers to design effective Salesforce solutions.
• Provide recommendations for technical architecture, development standards, engineering practices, and release processes.
• Consider solution reusability, scalability, speed to market, and technical excellence when developing Salesforce applications.
• Create and maintain clear and concise technical and design documentation.
• Participate in formal architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Contribute to Agile team activities and collaborate across functional areas as needed.
• Support business analysis, quality testing, and other development activities when required to achieve team objectives.
• Continuously develop technical skills and learn additional technologies and Salesforce capabilities as required to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology-related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience developing Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce low-code capabilities, including Flows.
• Strong analytical, engineering, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively within an Agile development environment.
• Strong customer-focused mindset and ability to understand business requirements.
• Ability and willingness to learn and apply new technical skills as required.
