Who We're Looking For:The Commercial Platform Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day administration, optimization, and support of Waste Harmonics Keter's commercial technology ecosystem, including Salesforce, Five9, Clay, Pardot, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other revenue-enablement tools.
This role serves as a critical bridge between Information Technology and our Commercial organization, partnering closely with Sales, Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to ensure commercial platforms effectively support customer engagement, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and technically savvy professional who enjoys solving business challenges through technology, data, and process improvement. They possess strong CRM administration skills, a passion for user enablement, and the ability to translate commercial needs into scalable technology solutions.
What You'll Be Doing:- Administer and support Salesforce CRM, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and user adoption
- Lead and support CRM migration initiatives, including customer data consolidation and legacy system retirement
- Partner with Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to understand business requirements and translate them into platform enhancements
- Develop and maintain the commercial technology roadmap, aligning platform capabilities with revenue growth and customer engagement objectives
- Manage and support Five9 contact center operations and customer service voice workflows
- Administer and support marketing automation and revenue intelligence platforms, including Pardot, Clay, Gong, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Surface actionable business insights from CRM, customer engagement, and conversation intelligence data to support commercial decision-making
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Enterprise Solutions teams on shared data initiatives and platform integrations
- Manage relationships with commercial SaaS vendors, ensuring performance, contract compliance, and value realization
- Support user onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement to maximize platform utilization and effectiveness
- Document platform configurations, business processes, and support procedures to strengthen organizational knowledge and reduce key-person dependencies
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain application inventories and identify opportunities for platform rationalization, cost savings, and process improvements
- Support security, access management, SSO, and MFA initiatives across the commercial technology stack
What You'll Bring to the Table:- Proven experience administering Salesforce CRM, including user management, workflows, automation, reporting, and data management
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, customer lifecycle management, and commercial business processes
- Experience working with customer engagement, marketing automation, or revenue intelligence platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience documenting systems, processes, and operational procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional internal user experiences
Preferred Skills:- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
- Experience supporting Five9 or other contact center platforms
- Experience with Pardot, Clay, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar commercial technology tools
- Experience leading or supporting CRM migration, consolidation, or data unification projects
- Familiarity with SaaS vendor management and contract administration
- Understanding of integration platforms, APIs, and commercial data architecture
- Experience supporting sales, customer success, or revenue operations organizations
- Knowledge of SSO, MFA, and identity management best practices
