Position OverviewSupport the DOT ACERS Salesforce modernization program as the functional bridge between federal stakeholders and the Salesforce delivery team. Lead requirements gathering, documentation, Confluence/Jira management, functional QA, UAT, and Section 508 compliance.
Core Responsibilities- Lead discovery sessions and gather/document requirements.
- Produce meeting minutes and convert action items into Jira stories/tasks.
- Maintain Confluence knowledge base and documentation.
- Create BRDs, user stories, process flows and functional specifications.
- Develop and execute functional, regression, end-to-end and UAT test cases.
- Track defects in Jira and validate fixes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and backlog prioritization.
- Analyze Salesforce Service Cloud processes including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, SLAs and declarative automation.
- Ensure Section 508 accessibility compliance.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years as Salesforce Business/Quality Analyst.
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence and Agile.
- Federal contracting experience preferred.
- Eligible for Public Trust security clearance.
- Strong communication, facilitation and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- CSM, CSPO, ISTQB or Atlassian Certification
- Experience with ServiceNow and DocuSign
- Active Public Trust preferred
