REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Minimum of three (3) years of direct experience with Salesforce products and platform.
- Experience configuring Salesforce CRM, Experience Cloud, Report/Dashboards, Einstein, etc.
- Experience configuring Vlocity/Public Sector Solutions is desired.
- Experience working with users to develop user stories and as-is/to-be process flows utilized for design/development.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the best practices for Salesforce implementation using configuration to the greatest extent possible to achieve business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Platform, and associated product expertise.
- Experience configuring Salesforce CRM, Experience Cloud, Report/Dashboards, Einstein, etc
Certification
- Certified Salesforce Administrator.
