As a team leader, you will oversee a team of sales representatives, provide coaching and mentorship, monitor performance metrics, and help drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales representatives
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, field training, and performance reviews
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals and track team progress
- Monitor sales activity and ensure adherence to company standards and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities for team improvement and implement effective strategies
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
- Foster a positive, competitive, and collaborative work environment
- Serve as a role model by demonstrating strong sales and leadership skills
Qualifications:
- Previous 6 months - 1 year leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or team management
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- High level of professionalism and integrity
