Lead, Coach, and Drive Results

As a team leader, you will oversee a team of sales representatives, provide coaching and mentorship, monitor performance metrics, and help drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives. You'll play a key role in creating a positive, high-energy culture while ensuring your team consistently achieves its goals.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales representatives
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, field training, and performance reviews
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals and track team progress
  • Monitor sales activity and ensure adherence to company standards and compliance requirements
  • Identify opportunities for team improvement and implement effective strategies
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members

  • Serve as a role model by demonstrating strong sales and leadership skills
