Business Hours: Monday - Saturday: 9am-8pm; Sun: 10am - 7pm
What You'll Do- Ensure vehicles sales are attained by holding team of Sales Representatives accountable to weekly and monthly goals.
- Participate in sales staff Training and Development.
- Ensure sales team is following standard sales process from start to finish.
- Assist customers through the sales process as needed.
- Track customers using store specific management system/s.
- Keep up to date with Hyundai products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
- You'll report to the Sales Desk Manager and receive coaching to accomplish sales goals.
What You'll Bring- 2+ years of experience in automotive sales.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
- Previous experience working at an automotive dealership.
- Previous experience leading a team.
- Previous experience using a CRM.
- Strong written & vocal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills
- Working knowledge of computers.
- Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
Total RewardsThe annual estimated earning range for this position is $79,700 - $195,000.
This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes team payable gross, team units sold and manufacturer approvability.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
