The
Channel Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting Schneider Electric's channel partner network and sales organization. This position is responsible for providing operational, commercial, and administrative support to channel partners, OEMs, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will help drive sales growth by supporting quoting and order processes, managing software support renewals, assisting with partner onboarding and training, coordinating marketing initiatives, maintaining sales data and reporting, and identifying new business opportunities.
What will you do?OEM Sales Support - Prepare quotations and process purchase orders for OEM partners.
Software Support Renewals (CustomerFIRST Agreements)- Generate and distribute quotations for annual software support and maintenance renewals.
Salesforce and Sales Operations Support- Assist sales with opportunity management and data maintenance within Salesforce.
Channel Partner Support- Support the onboarding and enablement of new channel partners. Assist with training channel partners on Schneider Electric tools, processes, policies, and procedures.
Marketing Program - Administer channel marketing and co-op fund program.
Tradeshow and Event Coordination- Work closely with marketing to support logistics for tradeshows, customer events, and internal meetings.
Lead Generation and Market Intelligence- Research upcoming infrastructure, SCADA and telemetry, water/wastewater, power, and industrial automation projects. Utilize market intelligence platforms and public sources to identify potential sales opportunities.
Channel Reporting - Collect and maintain monthly point-of-sale reports from channel partners.
Order Management and Operational Support- Monitor order status and assist with order-related inquiries. Assist with customer escalations and issue resolution related to orders and shipments.
Who will you report to? NAM ROI Sales Operations ManagerWhat qualifications will make you successful in this role?- Postsecondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience supporting channel partners, distributors, OEMs, or sales teams.
- Familiarity with order processing, quoting, customer support, or sales operations.
- Experience coordinating marketing programs, events, or partner initiatives.
- Knowledge of industrial automation, SCADA, telemetry, software licensing, or related technologies is considered an asset.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Technical Skills:- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, formulas, and data analysis.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and business tools quickly.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
