The Role

We're looking for a highly driven, AI-native sales professional to help accelerate the growth of Flaviar Checkout.

This is a true hunter role. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building a pipeline, engaging prospects, and closing new business with alcohol brands, marketplaces, and emerging beverage companies.

The ideal candidate combines strong sales instincts with modern outbound techniques. They know how to leverage AI, automation, data enrichment, CRM systems, and prospecting tools to generate opportunities at scale while maintaining highly personalized outreach.

You should be comfortable operating with autonomy, testing new approaches, and continuously improving your sales process through technology and data.

This role offers significant growth opportunities as Flaviar expands its product portfolio and sales organization.

This is a full-time remote position within the United States.

What You'll Do
  • Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, and creative outreach
  • Use AI-powered tools, automation, and sales technology to identify, research, and engage high-potential prospects
  • Develop highly personalized outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone, events, and other channels
  • Run discovery calls and consultative sales conversations with founders, executives, ecommerce leaders, and commercial teams
  • Educate prospects on ecommerce strategy, compliance, fulfillment, and consumer acquisition
  • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from initial outreach through signed agreement
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline forecasting
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product and Client Success teams to close and launch accounts
  • Continuously test and improve outbound messaging, prospecting workflows, and AI-assisted sales processes
  • Share market feedback and customer insights that help shape future product development


What You Bring

Required
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account executive roles
  • Demonstrated success generating pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales operations fundamentals
  • Experience using modern sales technology such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-directed and comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Comfortable using AI tools daily to improve productivity, prospecting, research, and outreach


Preferred
  • Experience in beverage alcohol, ecommerce, retail technology, logistics, or SaaS
  • Familiarity with alcohol industry regulations and three-tier distribution
  • Existing relationships within alcohol brands or beverage companies
  • Experience selling ecommerce, payments, marketplace, fulfillment, or infrastructure solutions
  • Experience building automated outbound workflows and prospecting systems
  • Experience with RevOps concepts including CRM architecture, pipeline management, attribution, reporting, and forecasting

Within your first 90 days:
  • Build a repeatable outbound prospecting engine
  • Generate a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
  • Become fluent in Flaviar Checkout's products, compliance model, and customer value proposition
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor within the alcohol e-commerce ecosystem


Within your first year:
  • Consistently exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • Develop strategic relationships with leading alcohol brands
  • Help shape Flaviar's AI-powered sales playbook
  • Contribute to scaling a world-class revenue organization
