Cooksville Hyundai is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to add to their team in Mississauga. Cooksville Hyundai is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.

In this role, you'll help customers find the right vehicle by guiding them through every step of the sales journey - from vehicle selection and test drives to pricing, financing, and delivery. This is a role where your success is in your hands - the more effort you put in, the greater your earning potential and long-term client base.

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 a year, with potential to earn more based on performance.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain full knowledge of all Hyundai products, available services, accessories, prices and key features.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection, leasing, and purchasing options.
• Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
• Recommend value-added products and services.
• Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
• Provide financial information regarding lease and finance rates.
• Performs other duties as required.

What We Look For:

• Valid OMVIC certification.
• Valid G driver's license.
• Previous automotive sales experience.
• Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity, work ethic and attention to detail.
