What You'll Do:

  • Drive Deal Momentum: Partner closely with the Enterprise Sales Executive across all phases of the sales cycle-from discovery to close-to help accelerate deals and boost close rates.
  • Own Meeting Execution: Prepare tailored agendas, create materials for prospect calls, attend high-stakes meetings, and take charge of all follow-up actions to keep opportunities moving forward.
  • Conduct Account Research: Dive deep into market and account research to identify potential customers and gather key insights that personalize our outreach.
  • Optimize Sales Materials: Customize pitch decks, case studies, and ROI calculators for specific verticals or clients to maximize our impact and conversion rates.
  • Manage Pipeline Intelligence: Monitor active opportunities, maintain accurate CRM entries for clean forecasting, and provide timely alerts on critical actions needed to close deals.
  • Act as a Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate smoothly with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Solutions teams to quickly deliver proposals, pricing, security reviews, and contracts.
  • Analyze the Competition: Gather and maintain up-to-date intel on competitor offerings to help the team tailor messaging and confidently overcome objections.
  • Streamline Workflows: Continuously look for opportunities to automate repeatable tasks and improve internal processes to reduce sales cycle friction

Who You Are (Qualifications):

  • Growth-Minded Team Player: You possess a proactive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow your career within enterprise tech sales.
  • Master Organizer: You have strong organizational skills and thrive when managing multiple priorities at once.
  • Strong Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to connect professionally with internal teams and external clients.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and standard sales engagement platforms.
  • Curious & Interested: You bring an interest in financial technology or collections, which will give you a head start in understanding our space.
