What You'll Do45% -- Seller Acquisitions- Identify and contact motivated sellers through outreach, referrals, and your own network
- Build rapport quickly and move prospects through the pipeline toward a deal
- Maintain consistent daily outreach -- calls, texts, and emails logged in CRM
- Collaborate with the team on offer strategy when a lead is ready to move
45% -- Property Management Door Growth- Prospect local landlords and property owners who may be open to professional management
- Present Property Rush's PM value proposition and handle objections with confidence
- Close the agreement and hand off to the property management team -- they take it from there
- Track your PM pipeline and report weekly on activity and progress
10% -- Admin and Team Coordination
- Keep CRM updated and accurate after every interaction
- Join weekly team check-ins and stay aligned on priorities
- Flag anything that needs escalation early -- don't let things sit

RequirementsYou're a Fit If You...- Are a natural communicator -- you make people feel heard and comfortable fast
- Are a self-starter -- you don't need to be managed to pick up the phone
- Are coachable -- you want feedback and you actually use it
- Think in results, not just activity
- Don't stop caring about your pipeline when the clock hits 5pm
- Are comfortable working in a small, close-knit team where everyone pulls their weight
- Have experience in sales, outreach, or a customer-facing role (real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- Are based in or familiar with the Chattanooga, TN area (preferred)
Skills and Requirements- Proven track record in a sales or outreach role
- Strong communicator -- written and verbal
- Self-managed, organized, and consistent with follow-up
- Familiarity with CRM and property management platforms is a strong plus (GoHighLevel, AppFolio, ShowMojo, Monday.com, or similar)
- Familiarity with real estate or property management is a plus
- Must pass a background check
