- Build relationships and educate clients about Medicare coverage options.
- Schedule appointments and transfer qualified prospects to licensed agents.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
- Meet performance goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
What We're Looking For- Associate degree in Business or related field.
- Strong communication and phone skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Interest in sales, healthcare, or insurance.
- Willingness to become a licensed Medicare Sales Representative (training provided).
Preferred- Sales, customer service, retail, or call center experience.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese).
