What We're Looking For- Proven sales experience (inside or outside sales)
- Strong closing ability and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working evenings and occasional weekends as part of a rotation
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Experience in home services is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Compensation- Monday - Friday with evening and weekend rotations
- Earning potential: $120,000 - $200,000+ per year
- Performance-based compensation structure
