If you are motivated by performance-based earnings, this role offers significant income growth. Average Year 1 earnings range between $85,000-$100,000. Average Year 2 earnings of $100,000+/year. Your earnings grow directly with your sales. Higher performance means higher income.

THE CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience selling windows in addition to other exterior products
• Ability to obtain and maintain required local solicitation permits
• Good driving record
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Strong ability to generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and door-to-door canvassing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to safely climb ladders, walk on roofs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Willingness and ability to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A SALES REPRESENTATIVE

You'll work Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Additional hours as

needed.

As our Sales Representative, you'll engage with homeowners through canvassing and referrals, helping them with roofing and exterior restoration solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting roof inspections, preparing estimates, assisting with insurance claims, and overseeing projects. You'll work with production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, maintain CRM records, and manage payments, all while upholding Janney Roofing's standards of professionalism and integrity.

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
