build your own book of business within a proven system, with company-provided leads, a mobile showroom, marketing support, project management, and the tools you need to succeed.
As a
Sales Representative, you'll meet homeowners in their homes, understand their needs, help them find the right flooring solution, and guide them through the process from consultation to installation. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your own referral network and generate repeat business in your community.

Compensation - Base Salary: $60,000
- On-target earnings: $100,000 - $120,000

Qualifications• Previous flooring sales experience is strongly preferred
• A proven track record of closing sales and building customer relationships
• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to network and develop referral relationships
• Valid driver's license and a reliable driving history
