Full Job Description
Role Profile

The Sales Rep is responsible for achieving the short-term and long-term focused sales objectives of Performance Films business in the region. The Sales Rep works within the sales organization and with the broader business team to remove barriers and better enable Eastman to win with customers. Approximately 50%+ travel is required for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow profitable sales of LLumar-branded PPF and WF to distributor channel partners in the region in accordance with agreed budgets.
  • Effectively and pro-actively manage a network of approximately 30 distributor channel partners in the territory.
  • Establish priorities for distributor accounts within the region and an execution plan to drive sustainable growth.
  • Develop and implement clear and distinct territory and key market strategies for both automotive/architectural window film and Paint Protection Film Sales.
  • Develop and refine tools for effective channel partner selection and management. Recommend and execute changes where necessary.
  • Engage with channel partners to develop and execute joint sales and marketing plans in conjunction with regional and global marketing and segment teams.
  • Be pro-active in establishing relationships with key influencers in organizations outside of the channel partner network, who may have a positive impact on sales. For example, automotive OEMs, technical consultants, architects, property managers, facility managers.
  • Keep updated on market developments and competitor activity and communicate this information to the wider team.
  • Help supervise inside sales support to ensure full entitlement is secured for the LLumar brand across the region.
  • Take on specific tasks and projects, as assigned by the Distribution Sales Manager, with a view to determining and executing an effective long-term strategy for the regional development of Performance Films and specifically LLumar in Europe.
  • Demonstrate deep customer curiosity and discovery skills to understand and educate our organization about the needs of the segment.
  • Assist in the development of compelling offers (including pricing strategy) and value propositions for the distribution Channel. As needed, work with the cross functional segment teams to build / establish new offer elements.
  • Act as lead point of contact for LLumar distributors in the territory and drive the provision of first-class customer service to current and prospective customers.
  • Provide a regular summary of key market insights, key successes, key barriers and results from activities.
  • Based upon market trends, growth drivers and customer insights identify innovation and growth opportunities to bring new, differentiated offers (products and services) to the market.
  • Work internally to remove barriers so account and sale objectives can be met.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
  • 5-10 years of commercial experience, including as a seller
  • Significant experience in sales methodologies, tools and CRM
  • Strategic market development experience


The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000.
