Your role
The Sales Operations Manager for Tesla/SpaceX manages account orders from forecast to revenue recognition while ensuring order management requirements are following company and customer center policies. To perform their role fully and successfully they must interact and engage cross-functionally with many internal and external customers - most often, but not limited to, Key Account Management, Internal Operations, Customer Care, Finance, IT, Divisional organizations as well as the external Customer, Tesla/SpaceX. The Sales Operations Manager is a customer facing position and reports directly to the Global Account Manager.
You will:
• Maintain customer bookings, review of SAP orders, bookings reconciliation, tool shipment coordination, shipment revenue recognition and backlog tracking.
• Manage key strategic programs
• Align with account manager on forecast, enter and maintain accurate CRM data
• Generate sales quotations
• Key Customer Score Card Management in close partnership with Key Account Management.
• Prioritize Customer Care representative activities for Tesla/SpaceX Account.
• Generate and maintain various analysis reports utilizing advanced Excel and BI skills.
• Review sales orders in SAP for allocations, configuration issues and pricing.
• Complete monthly and quarter end close activities in conjunction with finance.
• Coordinate tool allocation based on priority.
• Participate in meetings pertaining to order status, forecast, and/or order review.
• Work on complex problems where in-depth analysis of various factors is required to solve issues.
• Point of escalation for customer issues related to shipments issues and delivery gaps to resolve them.
• Support peak activities such as quarter end/fiscal year end, Key Account Reviews and Business Reviews
• Builds relationships and fosters collaboration with internal and external peers and constituents.
• Ensures compliance with all company, regional and local policies, and regulations.
• Contributes, as needed, as an integral member of the Tesla/SpaceX Key Account Team, to drive ever increasing levels of customer satisfaction.

You have a Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years working within a similar department and experience in vacuum technology and/or semiconductor sales/marketing. In addition, you will have:
• Project Management experience
• Contract Management experience
• Problem Solving and experience with quality systems
• Proficient with Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate and adept and creating analytic tools, reports, dashboards and KPIs to process and summarize data from multiple sources

Job location
This role is remote, enabling you to work from anywhere in the U.S. We do ask the candidate is able to travel to our customer's site in Austin, TX on occasion. We value results over location and provide the tools and support you need to succeed from any location.
