Job Summary

The Sales Process/Operations Manager is responsible for managing administrative functions of the sales team as directed by the VP Protein Sales with focus on optimizing the sales process, improving team productivity, and ensuring the sales team has the tools and resources needed to succeed.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Supervises and manages a team of dedicated Sales Administrators
  • Develops and implements workflow process for sales optimization
  • Provides support to the sales team via training, coaching, onboarding, of current and new process, software, tools, etc.
  • Collaborates with other departments such as Accounting, Operations, Marketing, QA, Transportation and IT to ensure alignment and efficiency
    • Work with teams to identify and resolve any challenges that may impact business.
  • Works with leadership and accounting for period end reports, account clean up, etc
  • Works with sales leadership to develop sales analysis and generate sales reporting
  • Ensures data integrity within sales systems
  • Working with different departments of organization for selection, testing, and implementation of processes, software, etc.
  • explores new technologies that could advance the sales organization
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales administrative field; 1-2 years of supervising team preferred
  • 3+ years in customer service field
  • Superior knowledge of Oracle and Office 365 Applications, with emphasis on Excel Pivot Tables

  • Excellent math skills, including statistical analysis
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
