Sales Operations Manager

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000
Reports to: VP of Sales
Location: Thornhill, ON (Hybrid)
Type: Full-time, permanent

About the Role:

We are looking for a process-driven Sales Operations Manager to help strengthen, standardize, and scale our sales operations. In this role, you will design and improve end-to-end sales processes, build practical playbooks and resources, and ensure the sales team has the structure and guidance needed to execute consistently.

You will also serve as the primary Zoho CRM expert, configuring workflows, automations, views, dashboards, and guided processes that support BDRs, SDRs, Account Executives, and Demo Specialists. Your work will help improve representative productivity, accelerate onboarding, strengthen pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy, and drive more consistent sales performance.

Responsibilities:

Sales Process Development & Documentation
  • Establish, document, and continuously improve sales processes and procedures across the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, closing, and handoffs between BDRs, SDRs, Account Executives, and Demo Specialists.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies in existing sales processes and implement practical, scalable improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and leadership to capture best practices and translate them into repeatable processes, procedures, and tools.
  • Create and maintain clear standard operating procedures, workflows, and supporting documentation to promote consistent execution across the sales organization.

CRM Administration & Optimization
  • Act as the primary Zoho CRM subject-matter expert and administrator for the sales team.
  • Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, including custom modules, fields, layouts, views, workflows, blueprints, automations, and dashboards.
  • Build guided processes within Zoho CRM that help sales representatives follow the appropriate steps at each stage of the sales cycle.
  • Configure records, views, prompts, and workflows so representatives can quickly access relevant scripts, account information, required actions, and next steps.
  • Ensure Zoho CRM supports efficient pipeline management, accurate reporting, and clear visibility into sales activity and performance.

Pipeline Management, Reporting, & Continuous Improvement
  • Establish and enforce standards for pipeline hygiene, CRM usage, data quality, activity tracking, and reporting accuracy.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into pipeline health, sales activity, conversion rates, sales cycle length, and forecast accuracy.
  • Monitor adoption of sales processes, playbooks, and CRM workflows, identifying where additional training, support, or refinement is needed.
  • Analyze sales performance and workflow effectiveness to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously refine processes, workflows, playbooks, and CRM tools to improve conversion rates, shorten the sales cycle, strengthen forecast accuracy, and increase overall team productivity.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM administration, or a related role; hands-on experience with Zoho CRM is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience building sales processes, playbooks, CRM workflows, and supporting documentation that sales representatives actively use.
  • Experience supporting BDRs, SDRs, Account Executives, and technical or product demonstration roles.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to identify trends, gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, practical, and easy-to-follow resources.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong process improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales representatives, cross-functional partners, and leadership.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to work more efficiently, improve processes, and accomplish more in less time.
  • Zoho CRM certification or deep hands-on experience configuring modules, fields, layouts, workflows, blueprints, automations, and dashboards is considered a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with established sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, or similar frameworks, is considered an asset.

What Success Looks Like:
  • Sales processes are clearly documented, easy to access, and consistently followed across the sales organization.
  • Zoho CRM gives representatives clear visibility into relevant account information, scripts, workflows, and next steps.
  • BDRs, SDRs, Account Executives, and Demo Specialists have practical playbooks and tools that support consistent execution.
  • New team members ramp more quickly and with greater consistency.
  • CRM data quality, pipeline visibility, and forecast accuracy improve.
  • Sales processes, playbooks, and CRM workflows are adopted across the team and contribute to measurable improvements in productivity, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.

Why Work With Us?
  • Work with a passionate, dynamic, and fast-growing team dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the wellness industry.
  • Competitive salary, vacation, and benefits package.
  • [Hybrid/remote] work environment with opportunities for career growth and development.
  • Work in a culture that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
