Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives, fostering a culture of service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive new business development across your region by setting ambitious goals, supporting prospecting efforts, and identifying strategic opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance; provide actionable feedback, set clear expectations, and celebrate wins.
  • Collaborate with company leadership to align regional sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Support customer relationships by engaging with key accounts, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring the highest standard of service.
  • Champion SRM Concrete's values in every interaction-modeling integrity, professionalism, and a "We Say Yes" mentality.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, Billing, and Quality Control to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new Sales Representatives, ensuring they are equipped for success.
  • Represent SRM Concrete at industry events, networking opportunities, and within the local community.
