Title: Sales Manager
Location: 100% On-site in our Tempe, AZ office.
Type: Full-TIme W2 Salaried - Up to a $115K with up to a 10% bonus.
JOB DESCRIPTION:We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team at our Tempe, AZ headquarters. The role is responsible for a partnership relationship with a successful brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in B2C sales, proven experience managing sales professionals, and a commitment to fostering a positive, goal-oriented team culture.
Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Representatives to exceed performance targets and KPIs.
- Hire, train, and onboard new sales team members in alignment with our culture and expectations.
- Implement sales strategies and tactics that align with company goals and core values.
- Monitor team performance, analyze sales metrics, and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and operations to optimize the sales funnel and customer experience
- Conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings to drive accountability and motivation
- Maintain a deep understanding of our offerings, industry trends, and customer needs
- Foster a high-performance, feedback-driven culture where team members are supported and empowered
Requirements- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a high-velocity environment
- At least 2 years of experience managing and developing sales teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example and cultivate a positive team culture
- Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills/
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM systems.
- High energy, goal-oriented, and passionate about personal and professional development
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
