Who We're Looking For

Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a "player/coach" Sales Manager to help lead our new established market in Los Angeles, based out of our Burbank, CA office. In this role, you'll oversee a team of sales professionals, drive performance, and implement proven strategies to grow market share and provide exceptional customer experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Burbank, CA, with travel throughout the Greater LA region. Availability on evenings and weekends may be required based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to exceed performance goals
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with talent acquisition to recruit and onboard top sales talent
  • Training & Development: Conduct ongoing training sessions, ride-alongs, and performance reviews to ensure skill development
  • Performance Management: Track KPIs, provide coaching, and implement strategies to maximize individual and team results
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reports to leadership
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and an excellent customer experience
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Individual Performance: Drive revenue through running your own prescheduled sales appointments

Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years of sales management experience (window, bathroom, or other high-volume in-home sales experience preferred)
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
  • Analytical Ability: Strong data orientation with experience managing performance metrics and KPIs
  • Communication: Clear, confident communicator who can inspire trust and align diverse teams
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, and sales tech tools
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Los Angeles region is a plus
  • Licensing: Must maintain any sales licenses required by California state law
