What You'll Be Doing:- Learn, grow, and lead: Start with a hands-on sales role while receiving structured leadership training and mentoring from experienced managers.
- Develop relationships with SMB owners, understand their challenges, and provide tailored solutions that matter.
- Drive new business development and grow your own territory with entrepreneurial ownership.
- Master sales strategies, tools, and tech as you prepare to become a future Sales Manager.
What We're Looking For:- Sales Superstar: You have 1-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience and a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
- People Connector: You're approachable, outgoing, and naturally build strong relationships with clients.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You're motivated by purpose, eager to help small business owners, and thrive in dynamic environments.
