Full Job Description
Manage one or more real estate sales offices. Recruit, develop, train and retain an effective sales associate and office support team to meet objectives for profitability and growth.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Office General Management

  1. Implement and manage programs and practices to meet or exceed operating objectives.
  2. Execute programs and practices to achieve affiliate businesses goals and initiatives.
  3. Communicate and support company programs.
  4. Manage staff including recruiting, training, developing and supervising.
  5. Provide timely and accurate reporting.
  6. Attend company meetings and events.


Sales Associate Recruitment, Development and Support

  1. Recruit and retain sales associates.
  2. Coach and mentor associates.
  3. Support agents through transactions.
  4. Organize office sales meetings.
  5. Promote training and education programs.
  6. Implement office activities and community outreach.


Other Management Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain a positive and motivated office environment through good communications, strong sales associate and staff relationships, and office events and programs. Minimize and effectively resolve sales associate and staff conflicts or complaints. Maintain high visibility and availability for sales associates and staff.
2. Actively participate in community activities, local and state board of realtors.
3. Develop and maintain knowledge of all applicable company policies and procedures, real estate regulations and guidelines, and industry market information and trends.
4. Ensure staff compliance with all applicable company and regulatory policies and procedures.
5. Perform other duties as requested or as needed to fulfill the purpose of the job.

Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in business related field with advanced professional management training; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
Experience:
• 6+ years of real estate experience with a documented history of sales success and strong transactional expertise.
• General business experience in sales, management, or administrative management to include budgeting, supervisor experience and business planning.
• Previous real estate sales management experience with successful results in both profit management and sales associate recruitment and retention desired.

Knowledge and Skills:
• Solid knowledge of all aspects of state and federal real estate regulations.
• High level of technical and transactional real estate expertise.
• Competent technology skills to include basic MS Office skills, proficiency in real estate related internet applications, and experience with communication device technologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and projects concurrently. Strong organizational skills with a high degree of quality and detail orientation.
• Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Must be a licensed Realtor
• Brokers license (requirement may vary by state or office).
