Sales Manager - Healthcare - Central Canada (full time)

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals (Territory Managers) to manage and grow revenue for a given geography or territory. The Sales Manager strives to increase sales and profits in line with Company goals and objectives. This is accomplished by increasing the level of customer satisfaction and working with Territory Managers to maintain relationships with existing referral sources and build relationships with new referral sources. Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to stretch and challenge TMs to deliver results while representing the Organization's mission, vision, and values. The incumbent will be skilled at team building and possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
